I Picked up the quest on one character and opened the chest, shut off my Xbox without running a mission. Started play the next day on another character and no quest was available, ran the crucible activity in Call to Arms, still no quest. Picked up the daily chest still no quest. Back to the original character, no quest there or on my third character. Locked out of The Coil and Proving Grounds.
