Call to arms quest says speak to Lord Saladin in the tower?
Obviously he's not there and it seems to be the case that this quest has replaced armament protocol and I cannot complete it either now?

Bungie tried fixing it yesterday when they pushed the fix for zone control score etc but it didn't work for everyone. Latest thing they've said about it was this around 6 hours ago [quote]Thanks for the update. We'll continue investigating to figure out a solve for you and those still affected.[/quote]
