How can I get the skimmed surface sparrow
Have dozens of clear on DP epic but never seen where to drop, no triumph bound with it and no focusing option for it.
Heard rumor that it will only drop for the very first clear of the normal DP after Iron & Ash lunches, is that true? If yes, this needs to be fixed.
