Careful bug in Onslaught where the final chest doesn't spawn in. 30 plus mins of wasted effort. Fun fun fun

It happened to me also. I noticed that if the entire fireteam wipes on a boss fight, even though everyone respawns, the chest will not drop and you cannot advance out of the boss room.
