Same thing happened to me in k1 logistics. I played on ultimate with A+ rewards and I got nothing, no powerful drops, no bonus drops

Same thing happens to one of my fire teams earlier today

It happened to me also. I noticed that if the entire fireteam wipes on a boss fight, even though everyone respawns, the chest will not drop and you cannot advance out of the boss room.
