Simple idea Rework Eververse engrams. Currently they drop legendary filler crap like transmat effects, emotes, ghost shells, ships, and god-awful ghost projections from years ago. Get rid of them or have only ones you don't own drop alongside the new rewards. What are the new rewards? Eververse armor ornament pieces and exotic weapon ornaments. Sure, don't include the most current season's ornaments until the next season or two and don't include the collab ones like the Aloy/GoW sets. There's enough armor sets across all classes and exotic ornaments from previous seasons that getting a random piece alongside the seasonal grind will feel rewarding when they drop. Also being random means you'll get a piece from the siegebreak set on titan and then a piece from the stasis set. That way as we get pieces, the sets in EV will be discounted and eventually when it's down to 300-600 silver people will be more enticed to spend money OR keep grinding. Obviously, it's not the best solution in the world but I think it would go a long way in terms of what bungie cares about (engagement/spending) while giving us more reasons to play. Just a thought.
