Either it is, or it's such an insignificant bug that it's on the backburner. Hell, they have yet to fix Arc Staff being able to reflect damage back at the user, and there's also still a bug on Hawkmoon since it returned that can prevent you from getting your OHK round. If your second to final shot isn't a precision hit, you won't get that final stack of Paracausal Shot even if it kills the target despite kills literally being stated to build stacks. And yet, they'll patch or disable any bugged weapons/ abilities within the first week of being discovered more often than not.
