It is terrible. At 450+ in pvp I can get the same gear but t5 rather than t4 in a lot less time and effort. Since the beginning of the game rewards were allocated separately in different activities now everything shares the same loot basically. Clan engrams drop t5 pinnacle loot. The game needs to go back to activity specific rewards. A shared loot pool creates instant fatigue even for people with thousands of hours.
