I got the roll I wanted.
Just dropped for me.
I wager it might be the best legendary shortrange primary in the game.
Complete speculation.
I got it in Onslaught, the bonus round still spawns btw... first time I got one since EoF.
Oh, here's why:
720 smgs are already great add clear... it really doesn't need a dmg perk, but Tier 5s intrinsically have one with Tenacity... it also has Problem Solver and the resist Origin Trait.
Then Lead from Light, Attrition Orbs might be one of the best, if not the best perk combos on a primary... in the game. Super, charges, and it makes special ammo. It makes ammo without even to have to think about it.

I'm pretty happy with the roll I have... rimestealer + desperate measures. But I wouldn't be against another type (although, my vault might be) cheers for the suggestion!! Seems perfect for stasis titan with high melee stats + harmonic mods (trying out the blast wave striders)

Qua Nilus (sp?)* 👈 Instantly superior in every way…imho. Seraphim H - vaulted. Just my 2d worth. Ymmv Ease Springs! 🫡 * added for clarity 👻 2nd edit: both guns are on my H if anyone’s interested. Also, the SHaze role I got was close to the one I did in that weapon builder app - the name of which eludes this old tortoise again! Yet another Senior ‘ moment’…😁

Nice ran 1 coil got a demo adrenaline, lead from light attrition, rimestealer crystalline corpsebloom. Not to keen on smg but here's hoping it's good in the future, if paired with synancia with sharp harvest and my personal favorite eager, also have surrounded and chain reaction with attrition on it too. Add in an icebreaker an you got a very nice setup 🍻🫡

It makes ammo without even to have to think about it.[/quote] The solstice SMG with attrition one and chaos reshaped is still the best primary. Lead from light is a pretty bad perk all together since it only improves special ammo gen. Out of the two ammo perks, it’s the worst. Plus, you can build into ammo gen pretty easily without running a gun perk. It does have a better origin trait than the solstice Smg. So that’s cool. The new FotL Smg will overtake it as best kinetic slot Smg soon though.
