Level dropped after every update
Hi, this is my first post.
I have a serious issue with the game on my Xbox series x. After every update, since 2 years, my character has his level dropped significatively. I don't play every day, so every few months when i launch my console, i have to make an update for the game. Everything is fine, login, playing, but at first, and everytime i see my character level drop from 2500 to 31 for the last update of the game.
I don't understand what is the issue or is this a new policy. I lost ability to run activities in the quest, with this message "This activity can't be play for the moment".
Do you have any resolution for those annoying issues ?
I'm kinda disgusted by how the fun goes away with every update of this game and the forcing to buy dlc and add-on to progress...
It was a great game wich i bought with a digital disc at the moment, thinking i will have the opportunity to play the main story without bothering.
But it turn out, the game is evolving wich i fully understand but why do i have to lose every progress of my character with every update??
If i don't have a solution, i will turn to over game with a studio less greedy and much aware of the players need's

I don't understand what is the issue or is this a new policy.[/quote] With the launch of [b]Edge of Fate[/b] back in July the power band was significantly shifted, with all old Gear being dropped down to Light Level 10 as the new minimum. Playing Patrol or Legacy content should allow you to reach Light Level 200, while anything past that will require you to play higher level Activities through the [b]Portal[/b]. Infusing gear past 200 will require the use of [b]Unstable Cores[/b] which are primarily obtained by dismantling items that are +200 Power. The October 14th reset will bring with it a “Catch-up Chest” (free to all players) that will contain a full set of gear at 300 Light Level. As this will be your highest level items and you will likely have very few if any [b]Unstable Cores[/b] on hand, you’ll likely want to swap over to this new gear (at least for a while) to allow you to play higher level Portal Activities to get additional drops that you can then either swap over to or dismantle for Cores to be used for Infusion. The current maximum Light Level is 550, which can be reached by playing through the Portal with no purchase necessary. (΄◉◞౪◟◉｀)
