Arms week Quest Bugged on Alt characters

I am unable to pickup the initial calibration quest from ada 1 on my alternate characters, was able to pick it up on my 1st, but the other 2 are just stuck on the screen that asks you to accept the quest.

the issue i have is not able to turn in the quest to ADA so I cannot move further on with the quest for the second set of mods
