Cheaters still cheating in PvP
Bungie can you help us honest players? I’ve encountered players with abilities in the “no abilities” playlist

6 RepliesI honestly believe Bungie protects their cheaters, because I know for a fact that report system is fake. Report a player and 3 weeks later same cheater flying through walls and infinite Gali you.

12 RepliesWay too many SUS players… - guns that fire at unbelievable fire rates (rpm) - never miss 1x or 2x hits - shoot through structures / rocks - able to pre-fire with unholy timing / aim - unbelievable gymnastic movement / aim - often, they’re not running solo - x-Ray vision always ‘on’ - unbelievable accuracy - incredible movement speed / bursts - appear to have inter-dimensional powers - etc… Whereas, my guns… - fire popcorn / party streamers - sometimes, have zero effect - only fire at the proper rate 140 600 720… - seem to miss even though I (often) don’t - etc… Furthermore, I can’t see them for most of the match due to flashes and explosions, ie, until they materialise their inter-dimensional selves right behind / in front or slamming down on top of me…invisibility is the way, it seems?! And, no, I’m not referring to Hunters…although they are a legit invisible pain, too! 😉 I put a lot down to P2P / wheezing game engine / spaghetti code / uninvested NFI Devs or programmers / lack of QA testing / Suits and Analysts vs. Actual Gamers making decisions / etc… / Sinking Ship issues…etc… Yeah, maybe some, maybe a lot - but not all. 🧐 That is all. Play Fair! Play Nice! Don’t Quit / Cheat. 👈 Murphy, my ghost, agrees! 👻 Ease Slings! 🙄

I've never seen so many players cheating and not even trying to hide it. In MC there is the same group of cheaters that play in the same clan and keep ruining the game for everyone. I've reported them many times, but no one does anything. They keep changing their clan name every other day, a strategy that seems to be working for them as they are not banned no matter how obvious their cheating is

Which abilities? I use Swarmers and can release threadlings in hardware after precision hits.

Couple weeks back, I had the same player in the lobby on 3 different days. Reported each time but forget Bungie investigating and banning, I kept getting matched with the same player. Unless lobbing nova bombs in rapid succession before even the first one hits is somehow possible within a minute of game start. At some point, I just left the match the moment I saw his name. Bungie community support is a joke. Even if you use support section of this forum, you'll get an automated message to upload video, and then no followup.

1 ReplyI report many but tbh majority I believe are due to network issues. Real cheaters are present even on console but are the minority. Imho. Majority of players beating me are simply plain better. Which in most cases can easily be proven by just looking up their titles and player statistics. I don't like them, I want to kill them, unfortunately in most cases I am failing. 😉😂 And I reckon Bungie would check the best of the best from time to time. Having said that low player numbers translate into higher likelihood of the PvP gods showing up in Playlists with mortals.

Mate you sure it isn’t an exotic effect? Does The Stag drop rifts on death for Boots of the Assembler to proc tracking orbs for instance?

Ive barely touch pvp since season 12 when snipers aim assisted got smashed I go on every so often Every lobby I go in lava floor giant ghosts shooting threw every wall down to man I get one one guy takes care of anti cheat but y can't u detect chronus zen or others cuz like not okay worse than halo 2 or 3 wowww

2 RepliesI agree there are cheats but some are build activations... Even in arms hardware mode I can create threadlings, poison, slow, or blind folks with explosions. And no cheats there... It's just my build.
