Someone posted on this 8+ hours ago, but there's no response from "the team at Bungie". So allow me to be another thorn in the side. Ada-1 refuses my advances. More specifically: Yesterday I could get step 1 of "Initial Cal" to register (magazine), but not step 2 (Traits). This morning the quest shows completed (magically) but when I try to talk to Ada-1 as directed, she won't acknowledge that I'm pressing "X". With less than 7 days to complete Arms Week, THIS is a MAJOR problem.
