Bring back the director!!!
Remove or place the portal in the background.
The director was one of the things that made Destiny feel like Destiny.
Now it feels like a glorified phone game with a screen we can go look at to remember what was.
The portal is by far the worst idea this studio has ever had.
Edit (from a comment): VAULT THE PORTAL!!!!
Edit 2: Would have been nice to have seen the planets on the director in Renegades. I guess we dont care about the feel of space travel and space fantasy anymore. Just mobile game menus that make the game feel even more as if it is dying.

Yes, this is a good idea. Put the portal on the director. It can be used for seasonal content and events, and they could put strikes (all of them), pvp, and gambit in the portal. Put pinicle in the portal but let the rest of the world and. Content be viable and drop viable loot. Give us the game back cause the portal isn't destiny.

2 RepliesI like how they claim it makes navigating the game easier. Don’t know about the rest of you but that was the first time I had to actually search for a new exotic mission. Before you couldn’t miss it when new content was available because it was flashing in your face soon as you logged in.

I will honestly remember fondly the memories destiny gave me and the friends I had for many years. This is no longer that game. No one will say "I remember the Caldera mines"......

When we talk about Destiny at its peak, we may say foresaken, final shape, or taken king, but nobody recalls the numbers they chased. We Remember the battles we faced!!!! Sadly all things eventually must come to an end......great memories were had. Thank you to all the past devs at Bungie who brought those times......

immersion, the current bungie team doesn't care at all about it just a blunt anvil-like hamster wheel with almost zero dopamine, challenging you to waste all of your free time without having much fun this is literally the quality of the current team running destiny

Keep the portal but also add powerful and pinnacle drops to the world map Bring back pathfinder for strikes pvp and gambit with pinnacles like before also add a pinnacle to the twelve man activity to help new lights out
