Network Technician Triumph still broken
The quest for Atlas and Almanac is fixed but the Network Technician Triumph isn't counting my progress and it seemed like it was tied to the quest. They were both bugged the same way but now only the triumph is bugged out. I can't complete my title for the Desert Perpetual raid because it won't track my previous steps for the triumph.

I'm having a similar issue, My Atlas and Almanac quest is complete (haven't returned to the simulant ansible yet which is step 6/6) but my triumph for the title is stuck at 8/10.
