Fireteam opps -50 now?
I’m 460 light and yesterday fireteam opps were only -30 now it’s -50 and almost impossible with randoms what the heck am I supposed to play now? I want to grind and have fun not do contest mode content to just get some drops. This is so infuriating and insulting to the few people who are still trying to play this game. I’m done playing if all content from this point on is -50 all the time.

Yeah they come out and say hey we aren't resetting the power limit so instead we will make it hell to get to max level. Give us something with one hand then make our lives hell with the other.

1 ReplyPayback for them having to change things that they don't want to change. They will make power grind easier .. then make the game harder once you get there. Bungie. Give with one hand, slap with the other.

Wanted to clarify that this is a known issue and unintended (though to be fair I don't know why they even messed with deltas for this patch).

1 ReplyThis is how Bungie typically operates: 1. Changes something for the worse 2. Massive backlash 3. Instead of changing the thing back to where it was or finding a sweetspot between what they intended and what players can tolerate they try to mitigate the damage by changing something completely unrelated instead - usually resulting in new problems. So that's pretty much what I expect with this. Instead of bringing it back to, let's say, -30 they're probably going to spend four weeks on creating a buff or similar to make it tolerable. And while doing that they're going to lose even more players. GG!

Right? I tried doing some Prison of Elders for that scout rifle. 12 teams of randoms not one was able to get past the first room. They just rush in, and die 💀

Easy solution, don't use MM. Jump in a post, you'll be -5 the highest LL teammate.

2 RepliesYeah i wondered if they shipped the delta changes early because i wasn’t ready for the missions to be -50 already. I completed a Cabal Watch with randoms at Ultimate difficulty while testing the new Axe (wasn’t impressive) but still weird.
