Mementos
I'm confused, so mementos are useless now. Because you can only put them on crafted weapons, but we're not getting any more crafted Weapons and you can't put them on exotics.

Yes. Unfortunately, mementos were soft sunset like the vast majority of Destiny 2 content. Mementos are only usable on legacy legendary weapons that are either crafted or enhanced.
