The Pond Mentorship Program — All Skill Levels, All Loadouts, No Judgment Hey Guardians, If you’ve ever wanted to improve in PvP but didn’t know where to start, welcome to The Pond. We’re a mentorship-based community built around growth, respect, and good vibes. Whether you’re brand new or a seasoned veteran, every Guardian here has a place. Our mentorship program runs weekly structured scrims where each team has one mentor and two mentees facing off against another mentor-and-mentee team. During these matches, mentors provide live feedback, coaching, and guidance to help players improve decision-making, awareness, and teamwork in real time. Outside of scrims, we also host film reviews, clip breakdowns, and group discussions to dive deeper into mechanics, mindset, and overall growth. We believe that everyone can improve with the right guidance and support. Our mentors work one-on-one and in groups to help players refine their mechanics, awareness, mindset, and consistency all while keeping the experience positive and judgment-free.
