The Pond Mentorship Program — All Skill Levels, All Loadouts, No Judgment
Hey Guardians,
If you’ve ever wanted to improve in PvP but didn’t know where to start, welcome to The Pond. We’re a mentorship-based community built around growth, respect, and good vibes. Whether you’re brand new or a seasoned veteran, every Guardian here has a place.
Our mentorship program runs weekly structured scrims where each team has one mentor and two mentees facing off against another mentor-and-mentee team. During these matches, mentors provide live feedback, coaching, and guidance to help players improve decision-making, awareness, and teamwork in real time. Outside of scrims, we also host film reviews, clip breakdowns, and group discussions to dive deeper into mechanics, mindset, and overall growth.
We believe that everyone can improve with the right guidance and support. Our mentors work one-on-one and in groups to help players refine their mechanics, awareness, mindset, and consistency all while keeping the experience positive and judgment-free.
If this sounds like your kind of environment, come join us, meet the team, and see what we’re building together.
“Be kind. Be curious. Be better than yesterday.”

Can confirm personally, ever since joining the Pond, I've been met with respect & none stop educational info towards improvement. Been playing since forsaken & got my pvp itch after obtaining my Luna's Howl way back when. I've tried to improve on my own & hope one day I'd find like minded people to learn from & improve further than I ever could solo. It literally took me years but this group is highly passionate about keeping bad apples at bay & maintaining positive atmosphere for all skill levels. I'm extremely proud to be involved with this group even though I don't have as much knowledge as they do to offer, they still treat me with respect & remind me I'm just as good of a player as anyone who puts in the hard work to improve at a hobby. This is all I've ever wanted was to be apart of an amazing group of talented individuals who choose kindness/knowledge over toxicity/hatred. The Pond is the real deal!
