Mementos
I'm confused, so mementos are useless now. Because you can only put them on crafted weapons, but we're not getting any more crafted Weapons and you can't put them on exotics.

To my mind the logical decision would be to allow them to be applied to Tier 5 Weapons [i]at a minimum[/i], but given the current issues in the game any change along these lines would understandably be a low priority. (΄◉◞౪◟◉｀)
