not all dungeons are not designed for these difficulty modifiers.
tried hefnd for the drops yesterday and it was horrile.
1 revive, jumping puzzle is just luck and the splash damage from boss is still the worst
not to mention and all the ads my teammates was the worst across multiple runs then gave up.
even back then dungeons didnt have revive limits or being forced with too many modfiers.
dungeons and raids should be placed in a new category "endgame" or something for easier access.
dungeons should e similar to the new raid format with feats for the rewards and maybe a daily/weekly rotator for the powerful drops from them.

You just need to get to the boss and immediately there are 2 easy overloads. Then 2 more on each level. Its plenty doable, I've done it a handful of times at least. I would be happy to help.
