Unable to receive or join clans.
I thought it may be the Xbox license glitch, I've quadruple checked my settings. I've tried on different days and logged in and out. When my friend tries to invite me, it says user has invites turned off. When I go on the app, sometimes it works to where I can view the clan, but other times it'll say I don't have the required permissions. Please help.

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out! Please make sure you don't have any VPN running and try closing the app as well as restarting your phone. Try also clearing the cache on your device if this option is available to you through the settings menu. If the issue persists, try switching between mobile data and Wi-Fi.
