This has been broken since EoF launch. Bungie mentioned in some twid they fixed it. I dump ~100 gear pieces into vault and then cleanup and have consistently noticed focused archetype having the lowest drop rate among all. Can someone at Bungie actually fix this and if handling % is too complex, just set it to 100%. And who the hell tested and certified this has been fixed?
