There’s a unknown Xbox account with no characters in cross save how do I remove it I have no access to it either

Edited by TuxyDoh: 10/3/2025 10:13:17 PMYou can't. March 25th linking update made linking permanent (except Twitch) and prior to that you needed the login info to unlink an account. The March 25th change also closed the workaround. The account is permanently linked and Bungie does not unlink accounts on players behalf.
