Combination blow not giving any stacks accept for when your full health
The combination blow melee on hunter is not working unless the player is at full health when killing an enemy with the melee meaning that you can not get combination blow stacks unless your on full health restricting hunters build crafting options.

Is that why it isn’t stacking or refunding dodge? You have to be full health? I thought it was just random. Good to know.
