I'm not doubting it but, as a veteran player, when I went into the Ash and Iron ... whatever it is on day one, I instantly got thrown into Vex popping up around the Tower Courtyard then into whatever that mess was in the old Plaguelands. In all the confusion and mess of what that whole thing was, I had no real idea what was happening and, honestly, I've become so disappointed in this game, I really didn't care to try and figure it out. I slogged through until something worked to progress what I was doing and then left when it was done. But, if someone like me, who's been playing this game since it started, and has loved and enjoyed it, love the lore, and love engaging with the world completely missed that and then had no desire to go back and try and figure out what was going on, Bungie, seriously, you NEED to stop what you're doing now and FIX the things that are wrong. Stop trying to engage players into repeat events and rewardless activities no one is interested in at this point and focus on fixing what is broken. This game has become hollow and unengaging. You have completely gutted it to the point no one is having fun, longtime diehard players are leaving or have left, and players are exhausted with the grind and disappointed with little to no rewards or poor rewards and having to pay out of pocket for things that used to be earnable. And get rid of that damned portal. Make the world engaging again. Let us interact with the NPC's again. Make things relevant again. Let us feel immersed in the world again. Renegades is coming out soon. I am not thrilled with the bleed in of Star Wars to the Destiny Universe but I will admit it does look good and I am excited to play it and see what happens. Also, I kinda paid for it, so ... But I will tell you, Bungie, it's the last pre-order I make. I won't buy another expansion to this game before it comes out because I - and so many others - have been burned by you not delivering and having taken so much out of the game. I'll wait to see after expansions come out to see if they are worth spending money on. But I will keep up the hope that there are people at Bungie actually listening and making (or trying to make) the improvements and changes the community has been screaming at you to make for literal years now. But you all have A LOT of work to do and a lot to make up to your players.
