Character missing
I log into my account and two of my characters were gone. Delete it and I wanna know how do we get bungee to roll back my data so I can get my character back it was fine yesterday, but today was different.

No such thing will happen. If you did not delete the characters manually then someone else did on one of your accounts. I suggest you worry about figuring out when/where the breach occurred and work on securing them.
