This TWAB confounds me
They admitted that spreadshots are a problem, said they are going to nerf them, and in the same sentence they gave them a damage buff... Do they think we're dumb?? what's going on here?

The damage buff is for PvE ONLY to compensate the general range reduction and spread increase of the spreadshot handcannon.
