Hierarchy of Needs Bow doesn't work with anti-barrier
So, this issue was listed on the forum years ago and somehow it still hasn't been addressed. Anti-Barrier isn't working with arrows fired normally or through the ring. Even with the buffs the bow doesn't have a good feel to use. The bow has no intrinsic that would interfere with the artifact mod so not sure what the problem is.

Maybe this is why my bows loadout wasn’t working and not submersion. I will try when I’m not getting constantly kicked offline on my Xbox after every activity
