So I finished the quest, expecting to get the catalyst for Whirling Ovation, and instead you have to attune to it. The wording specifically states “Attune to this to allow the catalyst to drop on your next encounter completion in Desert Perpetual”, through I’ve run a full epic raid already and it hasn’t dropped for me. I’ve been asking around for others who have completed the quest, and have done runs after that and they’ve also said it hasn’t dropped for them either (one such case saying 3 full runs with no drop), there’s little information on how to get the catalyst outside the contest mode triumph so I wanted to ask/clarification if the attunement is bugged, or not. Because the wording makes it seem like it should drop on your next encounter completion, unless it’s simply just a “chance” and my RNG is just bad.
