For example, in PvE health isn’t really a desirable stat in my opinion but if you really want to max out a melee build you’re almost forced to invest a bunch of stats into health… I think this could “easily” be fixed/avoided by giving us two armor stat mod slots on our ghosts… a primary stat and secondary stat mod slots.

Incorrect. I have god roll armor with almost max melee, max super, 100 class AND 0 health stat.
