Ways to save destiny 2 and bungie
1 instead of resetting our power every season add that reset point to our current cap so from 550-1000 then 1100 in the free update
2 give us back powercreep in the form of a one week per pass broken weapon bug ie Sturm and lightweight to help us speed up our power farming
3 increase all drops by 5 and give us 1 powerful for each of the 8 slots instead of random drops
And 4 let us use all the old weapons as featured sometimes we just want to enjoy old reliable legendary gear that hits like a freight train without the avant garde restricting those items

Now is the time to break out the 3rd darkness subclass -

Staying at 550 for renegades would be more ideal. They should make everyone 550 now and let people play for weapons and armor, not a number. They reset us from 2050 or whatever before EoF, already tried "big number gets even bigger".

I would far prefer they address the rate at which we get power. I can complete the portal dailies in 2 runs. That means I'm happy hopping on and doing 2 runs a day minimum. They should take that into account, and scale the power grind so that if you were to log in daily, and do 4 runs a day, you'd reach the cap 2 weeks before the end of the season. The biggest issue with the power climb is that it is an unreasonable time investment for most people. People need to feel like the time they spend playing matters.
