Yup it looks like a vault full of junk is going to be Bungie's answer to our vault space issue. This Idea of reworking armor for more build crafting sounds great if your a min/maxer elite player. If you are not it sounds like more chores to regrind everything. Bungie is once again over promising and I BET that it will not work well. it will take them ALL year to fix the smallest of issues while ignoring the large issues and the community the whole time.
