URGENT! - Infinite "Loading Cross Save Data" Screen
Needing some urgent help on a recurring issues with Cross Save. I bought a PC and no longer play on PlayStation. I am trying to setup Cross Save, but every time I go to setup, I get stuck in an infinite "Loading Cross Save Data screen. I have already tried using an Incognito window, different browsers, and the mobile companion app and I get stuck on all those too. It will not load past that screen and currently unable to setup cross save, meaning cannot play at this time. Please help!

1 ReplyHi there, Make sure you don't have any VPN running and try closing the app as well as restarting your device. If the issue persists, try using mobile and switching between Mobile Data and Wi-Fi.
