If the name change happened last week (16th prior) read this: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/264255896?sort=0&page=0 If the name change happened recently, Bungie are still changing changes - the filter is still active, you'll be issued a name change token in the future but depending on what your name was you may not be able to use it again.
