[Bug] Secant Filaments on Prismatic Warlock
The Secant Filaments exotic boots does not grant Devour to Prismatic Warlocks when running Nova Bomb: Cataclysm and casting Empowering Rift despite the description saying otherwise. The functionality works appropriately on Void subclasses however.
