The change is an answer/counter to macro farming. Chances have gone up via a path by playing. There will not be a dupe protection. This would be like asking for exotic armor to have dupe protection against bad stat rolls. The perks are the rng process. The vault space scenario would require an engine update of which happens with bigger content drops like a dlc. Ie that would be next year if I had to guess. Ie ie they surely will address it, but it will be more than just a patch to fix it during episodes. Not countering or arguing your points… Just putting the reality on said subjects.
