I have been trying to submit a appeal form on the Bungie Help site for a name change appeal. I fill out all the required info, I try explaining my case, going over rules, ect ect. However everytime I get an email the next day saying: "Your request will not be investigated as it concerns an issue that is off-topic to the contact form used to submit the help request." Am I doing something wrong while submitting the appeal? I really want to appeal my case and hopefully get my name back or get a name change token but I can't even seem to submit the form properly
