Personally i enjoy the exotic quest and would like to see more of it. Whilst their is some annoying parts they are not substantial enough to where it ruins the experience enough for me to like see it gone. Due to the mechanics in this quest, you will have to constantly communicate with my teammate. Also because there is a time limit, chaos is going to happen, and yes it is even more fun with a friend. Thankfully you don't have that shitty token system, so you don't have to worry about dying. (as much as you would with it). The parts that i didn't like with this quest, is. The nodes in the boss room (also known as the clock) There are 13 nodes and 4 of them will be connected and you have to find the one that is connected for both of you. That doesn't sound so bad, and it wouldn't, but Bungie being Bungie decided to give you way to little time to count through the circle to see where exactly the nodes are at. On top of that you also have constantly respawning ads that you have to deal with. You have like half a second to check your nodes, count to see in what place they are in and then rely it to your teammate, who will then have to do the exact same and then you both have to shot them around the same time. The boss fight is also quite disappointing. Nothing with the fight requiring teamwork or any of the mechanics, you only need it to remove their shields so that you can attack them. There are 2 bosses, but this doesn't do that much considering that you only fight both of them at the same time when they are both on 1 bar. They are also vulnerable to both of you, I guess it could have been more interesting if you both got a boss each. The puzzles / mechanics could have been more varied. That is about it for what i didn't like. Even then, it doesn't ruin my enjoyment of the quest.
