Destiny is an MMO, Make Some Friends
You guys really need to get a grip. The game has a built-in "friend finder" that allows you to get the mission done. It's not like a raid where you have to deal with 5 other people you don't know. It's literally ONE person who has the same goal as you. If your "anxiety" can't handle talking to one person for 30 minutes, I don't see how you could ever leave the house without combusting. Learn how to be a functioning adult and quit your crying.
MMO = massively MULTIPLAYER online
P.S. If you can't handle this mission, then you can't handle a simple raid, so I'm not even sure what you'd need the exotic class items for, but that ain't none of my business lol.

The fact that they're trying to label it an MMO now does not mean everything has to be exclusively in closed user-selected premade fireteams. Indeed the entire Campaign can be played solo, duo, trio, playing YOUR way, with proper scaling. Also the product description clearly says you can play alone or with friends. Well, this a fundamental item and you can't. This is simply corporate greed to push friend referral sales to which they're happy to throw soloplaying under a bus.
