Bounty issue is back.
After claiming bounties on one character (in my case Gunsmith bounties) it recognizes that they are already collected/partially collected on my Titan and Hunter when they are not. I have to switch characters and reload the D2CA and then it will recognize and allow me to collect this missing ones.
