Missig Abilities & Aspects - After the Campaign
I recently completed my second character for the Final Shape campaign and noticed several prism chests that I opened, but nothing showed from them. Upon looking at my prismatic hunter (2nd character), I discovered that I do not have all the abilities and aspects. Is this a bug, or should we have all of these acquired during the campaign? When I did my first run-through on Warlock, I received all abilities and aspects - I just had to grind to get the remaining fragments.
If this is a glitch, please fix it so my hunter has the missing prismatic abilities and aspects. I've been hesitant to complete the campaign on my titan because of the issue with my hunter. If not, what am I missing so that I can have all the abilities and aspects of the hunter?

The remaining aspects and abilities on your second character are granted by completing the Adventures in the Lost City in the Pale Heart. On your first character you just had quests to do these, where you don't on your second. But the rewards of the aspects and abilities will be the same.
