Ill Omen (new Stasis Caster Frame Sword from Echoes) with Cold Steel is not applying Slow when you hit the projectile attack.
Kindly refer to Imgur link for a test clip and the roll I used.
"Carl" received Slow stacks when hit with the light attack (noted with the Slow effect on his body).
But he didn't receive a single Slow stack from the projectile (no Slow effect on body).
It's not Radiant.
I tested a separate projectile attack with no buffs at all, and it still didn't apply Slow (not recorded).
It's not distance.
I tested a separate projectile attack at point blank range, and it still didn't apply Slow (not recorded).
It's not a visual bug.
I tested rapidly hitting "Carl" with the projectile attack, and it didn't Freeze him (not recorded).
Did the same to the Hydroponics boss, and it didn't "Freeze" him (not recorded).
Tested on the following enemies:
- Valus Dravusk (Neomuna Hydroponics Delta boss, initial finding)
- "Carl" (Nessus The Cistern boss)
Not sure if this is expected behavior.
If it is, this makes the perk only half useful on this specific weapon frame.
Edit:
Included a screenshot of my Ergo Sum roll just in case that somehow affected this behavior.
Though I didn't proc Ergo Sum's perk prior to the clip.
