I'm using a Ros Arago with a permeability perk on prismatic subclass with strand super. Ideally, once I proc the perk, the damage type will turn to strand and refill the dark meter. But its not currently doing that, its only filling the light side while the perk is proc'ed. Any thoughts bungie?
