I use the character boost at my 2nd character but....
I have unlock everything at prismatic with my warlock character but why even i use the "character boost" at my 2nd character titan some of the prismatic titan is still locked.
Like for example:
consecration, drengr's lash
shiver strike, suppressor grenade
I believe we use the "character boost" to unlock everything at prismatic and not some of them without play the campaign.

I believe those are the ones you earn in the post campaign, so they naturally wouldn’t drop from a campaign skip… however after completing the campaign on my 2nd character, the game did not let me access any quests I already completed and so I don’t think I have access to those so it may just be bugged or I’m missing something (admittedly I haven’t checked the lost quest kiosk because I already have all the aspects and stuff I want so…)
