[spoiler]when gathering the lost incryption bits having a full inventory will allow you to pick up the item but it will not be held, so far ive found no way to retrieve my missing one, checked the quest archive and reloading the load zone. this happened in the sword dance cyst. gathering other bits from cysts and regional chests has rewarded the bits as expected after emptying out inventory.
