Hey I pre ordered the final shape dlc plus the annual pass and for some reason it says I do t have it and I didn’t cancel the pre order so what gives?

Please also verify that your DLC pre-order or purchase was not previously refunded by you, your financial institution, or the platform you purchased it on. Season pass premium track rewards are account based and cannot be transferred to other players via these systems.
