According to the error code description it’s because too many items not picked up off the ground. I’ve only managed to get to the first prismatic pool you stand in on the second mission. Killed maybe 5/6 enemies up until that point with 1 special ammo brick dropping. Not sure how that’s too many items Been in the same loop for 4 times.
