When it was first revealed, I made [url=https://www.bungie.net/en-CA/Forums/Post/263928877?sort=0&page=0]this post (my first impression)[/url] just out of concern for the exotic and what was shown and even compared it to Felwinter's Helm. But after seeing what the exotic does in Datto's video... Wow, you'd almost think that I was there as well playing some of the DLC early and my earlier post looked like me just teasing everyone on the forums with what I said before. I honestly had no idea if there was a way to generate melee energy with the exotic or if defeating suspended enemies would grant it. Or even if Arcane Needle kills would also proc smaller detonations (they don't even have to be the final blow). I didn't know at all. There's no way that my idea was implemented at the last minute. Not in that time frame, no way. But now I definitely see the good appeal of it. Dang, maybe I am a video game prophet after all.[/spoiler]
