I made a post about the same topic about a month ago and was told that the issue was past onto the development team, but with not a single update or word of the issue from bungie I fail to believe it was passed on. I even checked the known issues tab to see if they even knew about it and found nothing, hope this issues gets fixed soon so I can grind out a good summoners because I don't know when summoners week will be again. In the clip u can see me spend 28 engrams from just today to try to roll a summoners, over the last 4 weeks I have possibly turned in over 200 engrams and not a single one has been summoners and this is not only a problem affecting me, it is happening to my clanmates as well.
