Nerf everything to high heaven but don’t fix the IB seal bug

They carnt even fix the cp on prophecy dungeon which has been out for years but quite happily nerf stuff for the sake of it an its not like they can even pull numbers out an say it's because player usage was high because anyone with a brain would know it's straight bull -blam!-
